Thread regarding Wayfair Inc. layoffs

Layoff on 17 April?

Not sure if this is just coincidence or something more, but I’ve noticed a few signals this week that feel familiar. Saw several people quietly updating their status and mentioning they’re exploring new opportunities, and there have also been some internal org changes recently.

Could be nothing, but we all know something's cooking?

@176 I was in sales not service, so not sure what all entails that. But, I have a good amount of time reading the chats and texts before the customer got to me. Offshore is an absolute disaster to customers. But I guess the money they save in salary makes up for any customers they lose.

I keep seeing folks say they're going after reps for not wrapping on orders, but I'm seeing the vast majority of these folks who arent wrapping are offshore... are they also being let go, or is this just focused on onshore?

Nothing's going to happen until after Wayday.

Im seeing lots of coworkers get fired. They are going after people doing metric manipulation like wrapping as transfers or not wrapping at all.
