Last paystub- conflicting info

I’d really like clarity on what’s happening with HR at this company. I left on my own terms and have been repeatedly submitting tickets to understand my final paycheck. I only worked 3 days during the pay period, but my last check shows deductions for two full weeks of healthcare coverage, which significantly reduced my pay.
My HR representative had told me that healthcare coverage would end on my last day of employment. IF that’s accurate, I shouldn’t have been charged for the additional days. IF deductions are correct, then my coverage extended through the pay period. Either way,I am not getting answers and I may be owed pay.
My tickets have been closed mid-conversation twice and no calls back despite leaving voicemails.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? I essentially worked without being properly paid, and I’d like a clear explanation of how this was calculated.

Like others have said. Go to the dept of labor. They are powerless in most things like helping u keep a job but companies feel obliged to to respond if they get a letter on small stuff like what you mention here

I contacted HR several times regarding my severance payment that hadn’t paid out. They closed my ticket multiple times and even ghosted before that. Once you don’t work for the company anymore, they really don’t care enough on a human level to help you.

our HR department has long been pathetic, so it doesn't surprise me that they were less than helpful. escalate it to the dept of labor like the other comment said; HR has no reason to try to help you in general, and they have even less of a reason if you're no longer an employee like you said.

Assuming you’re in NY, contact the department of labor. They will advise next steps and get their attention.
