@as That issue won't get resolved no matter how they try. Just being realistic. It's the equivalent of a cat chasing its tail. Time gets wasted trying to solve something that can't be done.

Thank Sammy-Sun for the debacle. If he's wondering why Q1 stuck, he can spin "external factors" and "triple threats" all he wants. The fact remains this transition to Google has been a Category 6 disaster by his own making. Look in the mirror 🪞, Sammy-Sun. Sure by now the mirror has shattered.
@ak I believe today’s issues were Oracle-related. BPR was sc--wing around trying to fix some issues which occurred over the weekend. Oracle 11 is a dinosaur which should have been prioritized for upgrade or replacement before Microsoft Office. The Google Suite is not compatible with Oracle which just shows you how well thought out their decision was.
I have daily reports scheduled to be sent to my email at 7:00 AM and three times in the past month they mysteriously didn’t come through to my inbox until after 12:30 PM. It totally messes up my daily routine and gives me no confidence that I’m receiving everything which I’m suppose to. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
This GOOGLE is a complete mess.. In the South Jersey/Burlington location,, it's a daily struggle for everyone..
We also never had this many internet connection issues before we switched over (maybe it has nothing to do with it, but it's def an issue)
Let's just keep acting like this is the best switch ever.. LOL
