There is a significant concern across the teams regarding the lack of bottom-up input in this new structure. From the conversations I’m having, there is near-zero buy-in because the workload and structure don't seem to reflect our operational reality. How does leadership plan to address the fact that the people expected to execute this plan believe it is fundamentally set up for failure?

You people are insane. The future for Crown is so bright that I have to wear shades. Pure play tower company is the way to go!
They want us to quit. The more of us that leave the less severance they have to pay us. Leadership doesn't care. The Directors are a joke and the VPs are worse
They don’t care, and no one in management or leadership is held accountable for anything anymore because it doesn’t matter - Crown will not exist 2 years from now. The only goal is to dress the company up for sale.
Do the work or find a new job. The are rearranging the deck chairs on the sinking titanic.
Oh I don't know....maybe talk to them directly and ask what the plan is as opposed to asking on some rando website?
lol do you think they want your opinion
Calm down boot li---r. If they wanted your opinion they would ask for it.
