I couldn't have imagined that BH would one day be such a poor workplace with a bunch of mediocrity leading the company to the bottom. Does anyone have any hope that this place can be fixed? I don't believe that it will ever be like it used to be, but at least they could do something to stop the obvious deterioration.

No worries comrades: it can be fixed by just removing the emasculated lEADERS and replace them with real men & women that 1) know our business and 2) willing to take prudent risks in order to be really profitable.
This will involve the extraction/elimination of the current PowerPoint jockeys and those worshipping on the altar of ESG (every stupid genius!).
It’s called the Lay off. You want the positivity and koolaid go check LinkedIn where all the managers post how great they are and great things to come while the rest of the organization is left to figure how to get by with zero direction, leadership and living with the day to day uncertainty of whether they will be able to keep the job that puts food on the table.
@1qwq That’s probably because none of that actually happens.
I take your point though.
@OP It was sad years ago.
It was also a bad acquisition by GE to begin with.
The writing was on the wall when they brought in the guy from Danaher as CEO during the spin-off. This was right around the time the share price dropped below $6.00. Remember when they were trying to get everyone to buy company stock? Of course you do.
This place must have been a nightmare to work at during Covid. Glad I got out when I did.
To be, or not to be—that is the question: ..
The comment on mwd is why aberdeen went down the toilet
big lesson learned is not to put MWD hands in management who don't know what they're doing. a few offices closed because of this and that's obvious. this cost the company a lot of money
Our executives can't spell profit either
most neeps in this place cant spell aniliysis bro is just d-mb iron we know
If you want stone cold achievements just take a look at our EPS for Q4, then compare it to HAL & SLB. It won't be an achievement, it'll be an embarrassment
Posts on here are mainly rants, toxic name-calling and general disgruntlement. There’s never anything about achievements, contract awards, innovation, research or any kind of deep discussion or interesting analysis. It’s mostly shallow rubbish and that tells you everything.
We got the GE cull executives, it's glaring obvious by now to everyone. SLB & HAL curb stomping our a-s. Everyone keeps saying we were always #3, we are a distant #3 and slipping daily
Aberdeen was weak and inexperienced. It was such a mess they had to close it down. You put the wrong people in charge you pay the price and it was huge. Extremely bad management and incompetence.
You’re right on everything . Specially Emmott road Houston Texas with there your just a number additude it going to bite them in the long run..
A few bright ones saw it coming years ago. The d-mb nuts (majority) didn’t know any better or could not care less. Crash n burn was a certainty.
