Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Low and no raises to continue for longer

Salary treatment will continue to be targeting low to no raises. Ask your supervisor where you are within your band. Most people will receive nothing to very little as salary bands are dropping and there is downward pressure on the CL promotions and CL level assigned to roles.

@OP No offense, but a lot of you guys are making well over $200k a year to do almost nothing.

@ab you are obviously not in management. Ask yourself… why would any mgr risk their job by snipping and sharing beqom salary data not intended for public distribution knowing there is 100% chance will be shared immediately with 10 people who’ll go to their boss asking for the same… setting off a chain of events likely to lead to your dismissal.

Most will only share that you’re at the top, middle, lower range of the band.

My potential was told to me but at this rate I’d be in my 80s before I hit it

If they don't know - they shouldn't be a manager. The salary band info is available.

Absolutely ask your manager where you are in the salary band. Don't let them tell you they don't know. Tell them to go to beqom and snip your information and send it to you.

It's all there they can definitely see it during salary treatment communication time.

Might as well ask them what your ultimate potential is while you're at it also.
