RTO phase 2 teams

Almost every team I have interacted with has mentioned they have an exception to RTO. Are there any teams who have been given the deadline to accept RTO? What does that entail, timing, severance, etc?

@bs i said capable people were in the process of leaving too as in most of them are also job hunting... obviously job hunting takes time and not everyone can leave right away??? i'm not sh-----g on the people who are still here, i'm just saying that a lot of good people left and i'm pretty sure a lot of them told HR that they were leaving due to RTO which is now causing them to have to backtrack because they're fu---d if they follow through with RTO
