@c0 you’re probably a leader trolling. My favorite time of year is when the VPs get cut. They act all high and mighty and brag about their paychecks and then cry on LinkedIn.
It's amusing going onto this site every once in a while. So glad I left this toxic company. The leadership waz horrible, thry don't appreciate or recognize good employees and you never know when you may cut. The company was great many years ago and also when thry had great leadership in place. Now they bring on leaders that don't know anything and most are just kiss butts that make their way up thr ladder. Lol Best thing I ever did was go to an amazing company that appreciates their employees. unlike

I believe .5% raise is for ‘Does not fully meet expectations’ performance appraisal ratings?
