and if AI is the future, Zitney needs to go. anyone see his video introduction for the mandatory AI training? the beginning and end were ad libbed (POORLY), and the middle was him reading and stammering off of the cue cards. this is the CIO who cannot come prepared to present on the biggest technology in years.
May will be another layoff month. Beware if second wed in May. Impact date is July. With AI being pushed hard, this will only increase rapidly. I’m worried for the next generation with so many jobs here and other data heavy firms and industries to find goid paying jobs with benefits. Especially in America since more and more State Street is choosing non-American leadership and staff. And now opening a 300 person operations hub in Al Ain UAE near Oman and right by the strait - very close to the war zone with Iran. The decision making here is nuts. Ron must go!
