@OP Plenty of American born unqualified “engineers” are roaming the glorious halls of EMHC guy.
My personal favorite was the “principal engineer” who didn’t have an engineering degree, and couldn’t read the report a vendor gave him, because…wait for it……
HE COULDN’T UNDERSTAND HIS OWN OVERLAY SPECS.
And yes, he was American, whiter than a lily in early summer.
