Every time, it’s presented like something new but in reality, not much is actually changing. This is what you get when wrong people who know little about the actual work get into leadership positions. Then we pay for it with our jobs.

Totally agree. The top management makes stupid decisions in making bad investment choices or merger decisions. Then they layoff employees who actually make things happen. I don’t understand how it is fair to take off so many people’s livelihood while the top management don’t even take a pay cut is beyond me.
