The tool sprawl here is ridiculous. There's so much overlap and no clear guidance on what to use when. It makes everything more complicated than it needs to be. I spend way too much time just figuring out where things live.

Fintech overall is a race to the bottom. If you are American try to go somewhere that requires a security clearance.
Fiserv is all about process and not enough about delivery.
It’s the complete lack of leadership. No centers of excellence, no “enterprise” ownership of ANYTHING really, no cross communication at the top level. Try to figure out what anyone VP and above actually does around here.
