While I have no control over management decisions, I do have control over my own actions. My response is straightforward: if my compensation is reduced, my productivity will decrease at the same proportional rate.

Well we didn't get a normal raise cycle in 2025 so I think some of us have already done this calculation and acted accordingly.
Faced with the humiliating act of a pay cut, OP—instead of looking to jump ship and escape this shithole—is actually contemplating slacking off. This only proves that OP is a pathetic loser; SNPS was absolutely right to cut your pay—in fact, they should have just kicked you out the door entirely.
