Thread regarding Teradata Corp. layoffs

How safe do you feel in your current role?

I mean, is there anyone who feels at least a little safe in their current role?

TINOs and their yes people are 100% safe. They're emboldened now to speak up and defend the racket they have going.

TINO sympathizer encouraging people to stop getting information from here and everywhere. This is why the culture is so toxic. People know what's going on in their workplace and can discern from facts and fiction.

There's more information out there than just Yammer, corporate all hands, and supposedly candid meetings with the trusted TINOs. TINOs don't want people to be aware. They can't stand up to the truth and scrutiny of their actions.

Stay informed and you be the judge based on the actions, results, and culture in your workplace.
