It is absolute corporate bullsh-t. In just a matter of few months almost all of of the develop jobs will go to AIIC and there will be significant staff reduction onsite. (May be a few to support production in case of an issue ) The goal set on AIIC is to operate as independent as possible from their US counterparts. The incentives for leads is for getting work done by AIIC. If you are onsite and are feeling overwhelmed and exhausted then it is by design. Just wait and see.
