When new vehicle covered by the free subscription service was stolen

@1a0 That sounds really complicated. It’s easier to sell a subscription that they’re probably not going to use.
Why can’t Ford just engineer and manufacture door locks that keep intruders out?
Ford shouldn’t be claiming they can get police to you when your vehicle is stolen because in a lot of places police don’t come for stolen vehicles you have to go into the station to make a report. Sue them if they sold you a subscription service that said police would come and they didn’t.
I guess it's so secure I didn't even know it existed and I've been working for Ford for 30+ years.
Ford can't make a backup camera work - what made you think they would be able to assist with a criminal investigation? Shame on you for trusting them.
