This is similar to the Clowad-Pivens Strategy. Overwhelm and break the system, blame the system, make people dependent on you, seize power, make everyone worse off in the long-run under the disguise of a “utopia” (aka Kyosei)

At what point and who can look at upper management for the current status of the company. They have destroyed the morale of the company, they are constantly making the wrong decisions and shifting the blame, they are promoting the YES people which is not what you want in leadership. At some point someone at a higher level needs to realize that they can only keep the budget by constantly shifting it! Or has Isao reached the can’t be touched level, regardless of the mess he created in Canada and the USA!

Sammy’s leadership:

Bad decisions → hidden → blamed → repeated → morale drops → talent exits → performance worsens → more control → worse decisions.

Sammy's excuse manufactory will be operating at full or over-capacity with any internal communications. In short, shift the blame of the lost productivity because of the transition from Microsoft to Google Workspace. Memo to Sammy-Sun and your Japanese work ethic: look in the mirror 🪞 because it will shatter. You own it!
