At some point, Truist should be growing ans investing in their workforce. It is a short term thought process that damages long term potential to constantly bring in contractors.

@1dy They will be agents and not employees or teammates.
The workforce will grow but will be in the GCC. They will be employees. Funny how Truist thinks they should be different than every other company.
No client should be talking to a Filipino agent just as no Teammates should be dealing with Indian IT during normal banking hours. It's shameful.
