I worked at Q for 10.5 years. I have complained to HR about harassment from a colleague (not a manager). Seems like they did not investigate this. Last month they fired me along with other 45 IT people. Is it a retaliation?

I also think IT help desk are snobby as if we are doing them a favor.
@h6 say what you want about the company, but the people at the IT help desk are awesome. Like always surprisingly helpful and friendly kind of awesome.
Everytime I go up to the help desk, they do not help and have poor attitudes. IT's good they are gone.
HR does nothing for harassment.
