It isn't the organization it once was.

Its hard to lead when you're only following others in the industry. Too much diversity, not enough talent.

No need to worry—everything is clearly under control. The visible cuts may be limited, but the real finesse is in the invisible ones happening quietly in the background.

JS, as always, is a blessed soul. It’s impressive how the organization runs so smoothly by moving people anywhere—proving that competencies are optional. With a rising stock price and Vision 2035, we are in great shape—boat, car, or whatever we’re calling it now.

And the townhall analogy said it all: we’re like mechanics changing tires quickly. Turns out, working at OnePembina doesn’t require any competencies just a bit of love ;)
