Just went through this with my director; very very small budget for merit increases. There are a lot of people getting nothing.

@jg well that’s a he-l of a lot more positive then hearing about 50% LR’s. 30% LR’s. 20% LRs, oh wait! It’s 15% LR’s.
next you will be target for LR, unless you are one of them(or parasite).
Dates are 4/23 for convos, 5/1 for effective raise dates
The only thing I recall was “march timeframe”, so I’m curious about the dates too.

@dj haha where are you last year? CX g10 became 11, and 11 became 12, with (from what i know) no change in job responsibilities or anything. anyone <g10 or not in CX got jack sh-t

@dj CX g10,g11(iirc) got the most random grade jump. I Was g9 at the time 😭

When will regular employees get notified ?
How many of you got the easy promos just over a year ago? Same people whining again, same people not worth what they were paid before the blanket promos. Stock and merit/promo budgets are pretty much non existent as someone previously noted. If you haven't done anything special you shouldn't expect anything and you should view that "nothing" as a wake up call/warning.
Even if you get a raise, not likely to pare with inflation. Several folks I know got a measly two percent post tax that’s what an extra $60 a pay check? You do the math!
Any date? For rewards communication?
Only very very few merit increases. And no RSU in one of the SBG units.
In blind they’re saying they got merit budgets that are a little better vs last years! What I don’t understand is how is this the case when LR’s are expected to take place in May.
My manager has been radio silent.
Technically yes, but the budget is like non-existent. Did my rewards planning today and barely had enough to give 3 people a “meaningful” increase.
So don’t get your hopes up.
