Thread regarding 3M layoffs

CBG Neurotic Leadership

What is going on over there?? Constant back and forth on plans and resourcing. Even requirements above the 4 days/wk corporate standard to please BB. Sure seems like a lot of people leaving.

@zd

When that first happened, I was very surprised. I had had a very few meetings with KC in attendance/participation when she was chief strategy officer (I think). Definitely not impressive. Why she became and EVP/president was a real question for me at the time. Even CSO seemed to be a stretch, nvm CBG head.

TEBG SVP Mfg & Ops added CBG to his role a few months back. Is that a bad sign for the existence of 3 BG’s? If there were only 2 BG’s, would that be the final split?
