@fq The argument is that the vehicle programs with all these issues were engineered before they had any real impact. The new MY is where they will be judged.
This is a rumor. Removing deadwood would leave Ford without any executives.
@a8 so true. the real low performers have been promoted to Director level. They are just excellent at buttering up.
If that is the case they need to start at the to Senior management level starting with Farley and Billy. Sorry but over 100+ recalls and the $19bn dump into EV does not warrant a pass for these clowns. No accountability form WS or the press. Company is a joke now.
Different types of racing can be used to distract the customer from the recall files. Maybe Ford can enter the soap box derby next.
Not sure about operation deadwood commencing, but rest assured operation driftwood is in full swing. There is a lot of drifting going on

We got rid of the dead wood, hired some enthusiastic people, and things are looking up. Um, besides that recalls will continue to flow like hot and cold running water.
