A write up for not getting credits?

I guess this would be a question for management ,MBA that are out there if you are top seller in a department, but you don’t get as many credits as they want. Can they threaten to write up that person saying that productivity is not met? can’t ask HR as they will see the case. after three conversations, they are writing up whoever doesn’t get a credit. Is this allowed?

Trying to sell a credit card at almost 33% interest is getting harder and harder. Even with the extra 20 or 30 percent its a hard pass for most people. I ask everyone but I usually get the "look " and move on . They can write me up all they want i will not sell my soul to open cards. If I didn't need my card to get my discount I wouldn't have it either. They should just be thankful customers are coming in AT ALL.

Yes they can, however if your app ratio is between 20-30 that means you’re meeting company expectations. If they write you up, ask for additional training and role playing options. Ask to partner with a top credit producer to see what works for them. This way you’re showing you’re trying. And be sure to be consistent, as EVERY single customer. Get 2 no’s before moving onto bronze.

Loyalty is part of the expectations so yes, they might.
