KIPP St. Louis charter schools will lay off an unknown number of staff members. These reductions are planned for after the current academic year. The organization currently employs about 350 people across six schools. KIPP St. Louis faces an operating deficit of approximately $3 million. Enrollment has also declined by 700 students since 2021.
