Why does anyone work here anymore? I can't wait to be laid off or quit, hoping for the former! Wasn't today walk out day? If you get fired do you still have to pay back sign on bonus?

I remember the good times in golden valley when we actually got work done! It was a fun environment in Tech 1 too!
Optum circle wasn’t much fun. Too many corp types and people having affairs in the conf rooms!
@OP I work here because I'm a responsible adult who has a job here. If you don't like it that much why don't you quit and go away so that people who do want to have their job might be able to keep it
Been here too long to leave. I know, an oxymoron.
Why leave? Do the minimum, make the pretty charts and graphs for your director so he can manage "up" and keep a low profile.
Get the raise and bonus as minuscule as it is.
If you leave, and find another job, you will low man on the totem pole... stay here and wait for the severance.
sad... really. Used to be a great place to work. Now it is just put in the time.
Most people who have been laid off from this company and continue to come back to this site is because this company is like a soap opera. Waiting for the downfall of such a horrible company is like watching As The World Turns. It’s entertainment.

Probably money. Benefits. WFH is rare in my field.

Feel free to quit. I was laid off and the job market is terrible. I would gladly have my job back.
Do you need money? That is why most people go to work.
