@fy And include Liz. She brought down CX by taking on Cisco IQ, which was a dum--ss decision. When all fails, she cuts the people below her when she should be cutting herself. Chuck won't touch her, though, as he's been mentored by her. It's easy to cut people below you instead of looking in the mirror and downright admitting you're the fu-k up, its not your people.

Do you REALLY think the ELT gives sh-t? If it doesn't serve to pay their institutional investors and keep them flying all over the world, it doesn't matter. Reputation, quality products, actual customer satisfaction, all of it. They don't care unless the outcome is $$ for their closest "friends"
Directors and above must go, too many layers and revenue su-kers.
