It essentially undermines their earlier claims about employees needing to be in the office to foster collaboration, innovate, solve problems, share ideas, and build
stronger connections. We've always known that was complete and utter bullsh-t, however that is now proven, given that they're allowing the remote parts of specific teams to remain remote indefinitely.
If you are in Phase 1 and part of those teams, such as streaming, I would push back on the expectation to come in. If questioned, ask how your remote peers are able to collaborate effectively while remaining out of the office.
Sep for other office location emp to RTO . Sometime in 2027 for remote employees whoever have to return. No need of return emails for few as they got permanent remote
