UHG and the rest of the America needs to greatly reduce outsourcing. One can read the note on X/Twitter and easily surmise the person is ESL.
The level of slop provided by outsourcing to India has burdened the talent UHG has and lead to this type of issue. Furthermore, it is an indication of broken processes where those with admin privileges or view and export are not undergoing regular entitlement reviews.
Take care not to click on any links provided on X or any other places as it is clear there are threat actors using multiple sites to hide their identity.
UHG really should consider checking the ESRO and IT teams education and position claims as there are pockets of people there with false information on their LinkedIn. All they do is undermine the talent that is there.
