Heard people have been getting the dreaded calls with HR this week. Surprised as I thought they would only start next week after the FY close. Anyone else heard the same?

How sc--wed up is BMC when you find out that someone is terminated BEFORE they are told.
Probably because Easter is early. They have to let them go before sales kick off. (That’s what normally happens). Normally second week in April they cut, on the Monday.
Sales staff made redundant in Australia and NZ for Helix in the last 2 weeks. Now there is no sales person in NZ, for both Helix and BMC.
