Friday will be my last day at Optum. I am very lucky in that this was my decision.
I'm also lucky in that I live in a state where accumulated PTO must be paid out.
If, for some reason, there are discrepancies in my final paycheck, how does an ex employee contact HR/Payroll?

Call Employee Center. I was laid off and they are very responsive when you have questions. Your PTO and final check will be paid out together and severance 2-3 pay periods layer. Your final check should be on your last day.
