When did omnissa last paid 100% of the bonus? They just keep disrespecting whoever has decided to stay loyal to them the last year

I agree, those who claim that loyalty keeps them at Omnissa are really fearful of leaving. Who will take them? That's anyone's guess, when we consider our company's pitiful ongoing decline.
My takeaway from this commentary; Omnissa has a workforce populated with employees who are eager to leave, but choose to stay for now. What happens when the tech job market recovers? Those with in-demand skills and experience will exit quickly to join a respected company with a future, and the leftovers will likely stay and suffer quietly.
Loyalty to any corporation died decades ago. It’s all about you and I’d suggest that you go find a job elsewhere that will challenge your skills and reward you at the same time.
@OP Staying on with Omnissa, past the divestiture and purchase by KKR, was a choice and choices come with risk. This is where things are landing today. Looking ahead, you have the choice to continue staying or look for a new job elsewhere. Again, each option comes with risk. Blindly describing this as "loyalty" and then complaining about where things net is a cop out that removes the responsibility of the employee in owning their career.
@OP People need to realise that loyalty doesn't work long term. You're either here because you have a good thing going (kudos to you) or your actively looking elsewhere whilst you pay the bills from your salary here. Being loyal doesn't matter when its time to cut people. Cost is cost.
How can you pay 100% bonus when the company didn’t achieve 100% of target? The money isn’t there!
@a4 80% max.... "Exceeds all expectations" ....
When we see massive attrition, who will want to join Omnissa knowing they're only going to receive 80% of half their bonus at the end of H1?
