This townhall stood out from the usual scripted updates—it felt more real, direct, and intentional. Instead of just showcasing achievements or high-level strategy, this one leaned into transparency, addressing ground realities. The tone was more candid and less corporate, which made the message land better. It didn’t feel like a one-way presentation; it felt like a reset—aligning everyone on priorities, expectations and the need to execute better. Overall, it felt like a signal that leadership is aware, engaged, and possibly gearing up for change.

Use AI…. just not too many ACUs !!!
This is what it's like working in Tech. I worked for a screaming, raging Lunatic !
Only a toxic corporate culture will Not Fire this Psychotic MotherFvcker!
And then Citi still wonders why it has problems NO other financial institution has! Financial, technological, operational, incompetent psychotic employees and "managers", ad infinitum !

Well at least we know at least one person was smoking crack before the meeting.
Go touch grass Tim lol
@ac these are rare in general and rarer still at banks like Citi. Actually, very rare at Citi
I had a boss (c15) who insisted people who do the work do the demos and presentations. Or when there were lots of people responsible, would have atleast one of those people give the demos. The boss was actually a good talker. Never fit into the culture or with his peers. Of course he left Citi for better pastures.
Rejected. Try again, this time without the crutch of AI.
I don't understand, can someone elaborate what change is being referred?
Thanks HR! Lol. Sounds like you fell for the smoke and mirrors act if you are not from HR. Smh. This is what they do and apparently people are falling for the optics. It's all about optics and keeping the sheep motivated to do work with less resources while feeding AI. Wake up.
