It is like Humpty Dumpty here. Hiring Sr leaders from Chase will not fix anything. Existing people at higher pay grades are busy covering up the mess that are still building and they rush to build things that is not needed and shelf them silently.
Now everyone there is talking AI this AI that. They are totally clueless and padding their pockets while they still can.
But I like being frank
