Voluntary attrition is happening at great scale for some time replaced with cheap poor quality Indian labor. With a terrible CPO, terrible engineering leadership, and still rampant nepotism and low salaries leading to further reduced motivation and incentive to perform in expensive markets, five9 is long doomed.
