Has anyone read through that procedure in detail? I wonder if there are clauses in it that may protect Medtronic from being sued if they are about layoff or do something unethical. Very suspicious all these heavy emails about cost cutting, training compliance, use up your up PTO in just a few days.

FY26 earnings release will have occurred in the am and they will summarize it for our employees. They will explain what has occurred between year end close and the earnings release that allows us to have a great chance to achieve FY27 AOP......

A guess. Reshuffling the deck chairs and orgs. Entering a different phase of the org. Happens as funding profiles change to market growth and capture.

Nothing dramatic is ever signaled over a month in advance on outlook.
