If I badge into the office, is that a day in the office, even if I also have logged in at home and had to authenticate through PingID on the same day?

It’s tracked in WorkdaY as regular or remote. If they catch you it’s timesheet falsification. Not to mention, your team would know if you aren’t showing up.
@et no one is stopping you from coming in 5 days. Knock yourself out.
The report management sees shows only days you badged in, HOWEVER, if a manger has a concern they can request more detail. The detail will literally show all your badge ins/outs around the building.
So can you potentially badge in & right out and get credit, yes. Will you get caught... maybe. Depends how much your boss cares, and if anyone reports you.
Probably not worth it... however if emergencies come up, etc. You should be fine, unless you have a horrible boss.
Yall trying to game the system are gonna ruin it for the rest of us.
I always thought the should have gone 5/0
At this time, only MD+ can request actual badge in/out times. All people leaders can see what days you swiped in which bubbles up to a report on jw: myti.
This storyboard is currently "under construction" to update for the new hwf expectations so there might be closer monitoring coming in the future, but they aren't widely built out for that level of monitoring at this time.
@af not true. Any one instance of badge swipe counts. Duration is not monitored nor do PLs have access to see badge in / out times
@a2 this is not true according to PLs I know. My understanding is that badge in time is tracked each time you badge in/out. You need to hit 6 hours to count as in office for that day.
Yes. Any activity at an office counts you as in-office for that day. Badge and go home is the same as 10 hours in.
