@bc yes, with headwinds.
I don’t know where you get tentative close dates — there have been no official announcements. They aren’t going to tell the peasants anything definitive…they can’t. The sale will close on the first of a month with a target in the first half of 2026 and that’s all you’re going to hear in writing until the sale actually happens. Once they tell the shareholders, they will tell us for certain. In the meantime, we are playing kick the can until we get to that magic date when the stars align and DHS employees get paid again.
