@ae yeah… never heard anything about this. They are desperate to hire Wealth Advisors. They trimmed down the number of WAVE teams and pushed people back to the regions they came from.
Been crickets so far today... has anyone heard/observed anything?

@ae I have a good source that knows the Wave teams are all relatively new, like some are less than a year old. Are you sure it's them? Because even for Schwab I would question making teams just to gut them instead of older/tenured folks
I’ve heard Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors in SWA on the WAVE teams will be cut. 50% tomorrow and the remaining will be out by 7/1.
ALSO National branch will be losing 50% of FC’s. Going to be a bloodbath.
