Consistent 1/2 or 2/2 with bonus for the last 10 years. Got 13% increase this year but got RIF'ed last month. Ratings aren't a guarantee, but if you are given a 4, chances are you are, you are being lined up for the ax. But I know someone who got a 4/4 and PIP but still got the severance package
@pb no bonus but full non working notice and severance upcoming. Last day was March 16th.
4s do not get a bonus

Ratings do not matter I had a high rating with bonus and was RIF’d in March
@jf but I got email, there will be 60 day non working notice period followed by 12 weeks of severance pay
Got 4 rating first time after 4yrs, and was told that my role has been terminated, in mid-feb
Can’t do it without you being put on a pip and have been deemed to fail. Undeserved 4s can be used to motivate people to leave or retire.
I got a 4 for the first time in a very long career last December. During the short mid-February zoom call with the managing director, where I was informed of the elimination of my position due to 'restructuring', I was given a verbal statement that I was entitled to x weeks of severance. I await the docu-sign package that confirms the severance.
