Be careful they might pull the old bait and switch on fully remote offering
I'm in tech and I've only seen new hires for full remote as temp contractors. All full time are hybrid except for extreme exceptions, which i think they'll only consider for existing employees. They are so strict on office time theyre tracking badge swipes and hours in office and those last year who did not meet expectations on in office time had their bonuses slashed in Dec.

Yes there are but it is rare. It’s easier to get onboarded first if a new hire and then work hard so that after a year you can negotiate remote.
