Lay off emails went out an hour ago. WM clinics in NTX region. PSRs and Ma’s. Could providers be tomorrow before the rally town Hall?

4 PSR's and Two Providers, transferring Two of Our Ma's , its another sad day here. I dont know how they can continue to get away with this. With our measly 10-20 cent raise and now they want to lay everyone off. We were already short staffed and barely keeping afloat and pushed to our limits and now it will only get worse. If they want people to stay then they need to consider raises again soon and some kind of incentive. I was happy to come to Wellmed and now there is no job security here at all.
It’s so sad!! Providers laid off in DFW area. I wonder what will happen in the last layoff expected 04/30??,
The one MA per provider is probably the d-mbest thing they could have done. Would have been way better off firing a bunch of VPs. The remaining MA s will quit and we are out of the care delivery business
I was just told ALL clinics will have staff laid off. Some nurses. Some providers. MA front staff etc. To fit their 1 MA per provider setting and certain amount of nurses etc.

We were made to take our computers home and if we received an email to stay home log in to it and not report to clinic. Those that did not get email report to clinic. Nothing yet from what I know about getting any emails.
