@gh not all let go staff was on "needs improvement". What your saying is rude and cruel. Have some form of respect. Hopefully you will not know what it feels like to be out of a job but you never know karma is always around the corner. Good luck to you lol

@dh sounds like a winning situation. now you will be desparate when the check runs dry all because you were being lazy and / or incompetent.

All those laid off are getting severance. Just ask the people being laid off - that was my source.

Some of the folks did have a “needs improvement” - so the company could be doing the layoffs based on performance, just rebranding it to “reduction in force”.

@OP
Needs Improvement. What does that mean. That your inadequate manager doesn’t think you can do your role. Maybe put some ownership on the manager. The metric system is broken at Fiserv. All about managers fearing for their jobs as they are mostly useless

Not aware of any Infinite staff affected this round. All four people on my team that got let go this week for being ranked a Needs Improvment got severance. 2 of which in NJ also got WARN notice pay, a decent amount at that.

Is it over if staff wasnt let go yesterday or today? Is it just Fiserv staff or did it also include Infinite staff?

Folk on the other threads say severance was paid. Source: they asked the people affected.

We got no severance when we transitioned to Infinite, even though I received a termination letter from Fiserv , I would not put anything behind Fiserv to try to sc--w U!

@OP If you are being let go because of a needs improvement, you will not get severance. Depending on the state, you may not qualify for unemployment either.

All employees being exited wh9 meet the criteria are eligible for severance. Please read the policy on fuel. Easy to find. If it sounds difficult, dump it into copilot and it will help simplify matters for you. Fiserv pays out severance for a reduction in force, which is what this is. It is not a for cause situation.
