January will see another group being let go. Sales are not good. CRO creating a horrible environment pitting leaders against leaders for no reason, or outcome other than everyone interviewing at other companies. CRO does not know what they are doing and everyone feels they’re not qualified to make money decisions. Go elsewhere

My leader cancelled a 1:1 and said “here we go again.” When I asked what they meant, “it’s 2022 all over again.”
With DigRiv being dissolved, there’s a feeling that this is it for DR. 9 years of ups and downs, this is it.
3 people on my team are in final interviews and will be leaving in January. No one will have the knowledge after that.
