We need a new leader in this space - MC is not getting it done and nobody can relate to him. Asians are largely unrepresented so we should start there. There are also too many leaders that are DE&I development projects that cost too much and the success rate is too low. We owe it to our shareholders to cut these costs.

Why is their DE&I program? This is not a welfare program
I have seen too many fake magazines with featured leaders based on their ethnicity. Glorifying their achievements and academic credentials that are not worthy of recognition at the water cooler. Their achievement is their race, and their recognition is a statistic used in a marketing brochure. This is the collapse of capitalism and the regression of society as we know it. So much for progress.
Class is the biggest barrier to progression. If we are true to our diversity ideals we would then look to promote this over other attributes such as race or gender. Reminds me of a comment when someone said there aren't v many regional accents in Sunbury.
