Such a heartbreaking day. All these “leaders” putting on a show with the town hall while so many people’s lives are being negatively impacted. Such bad leadership. No honest conversations. Just a show to divert the attention. Such an absolute disgrace.

4 PSR's and Two Providers, transferring Two of Our Ma's , its another sad day here. I dont know how they can continue to get away with this. With our measly 10-20 cent raise and now they want to lay everyone off. We were already short staffed and barely keeping afloat and pushed to our limits and now it will only get worse. If they want people to stay then they need to consider raises again soon and some kind of incentive. I was happy to come to Wellmed and now there is no job security here at all.
