My favorite part is when they handed out tens of thousands of dollars onstage but haven’t given cost of living raises in ten years.
@OP nothing that happened in Vegas is staying in Vegas. By all accounts, WWKO sounds like it was a disaster and everyone who attended sounds like they are even more depressed.

What was the most cringe session in your opinion? I’m rating when the ‘leaders’ were on stage as rock stars…. WTF!
Our sales reps are being fired for a lack of performance. Not really a layoff.

That's an understatement. We've hit rock bottom. Can it possibly get any more dire?
@d9 the will probably time layoffs throughout the org for after bonuses are paid. I am estimating late April to early May.
No one has been whacked yet... it would take at least a month before they do anything regarding the weak performers. The mood is not very positive at WWKO this year... everyone is on the edge and fearful because of this stupid exercise. Congratulations to the management team for making an underperforming sales organization even worse with using scare tactics and fear. When will KKR step in and try to savage what they can from this dumpster fire they invested in? Sales team needs direction and the technical team needs empowerment through TECHNICAL skills and experience NOT useless marketing fluff. They are doing what they can to reduce the workforce to save money without making it too obvious that they company is underperforming financially so that they can sell the company for more then what it really is worth.
