Store Manager Severance

Voluntary/targeted severance.

The old guard is ready to leave and just cashing checks at this point.

MGRs are disengaged over the ridiculous demands, broken equipment, increased micromanaging, and 25% individual store bonus multiplier...getting worse daily.

Sycamore would be wise to move quickly on this.

@OP If you are a store manager at Walgreens, you are being scammed! You are put on salary for no other reason that the fact that they don't want to pay you overtime. Walgreens knows that most managers cannot get everything accomplished in forty hours!

Absolutely agree.

A good thought to managers to also not "move too quickly" when Sycamore wants better and faster results.

Why would anyone want to be a manager for this private equity company?

No incentive other than a paltry paycheck with the 25% individual bonus multiplier (oh but the EBITDA color is green so far LOL)

@OP I wouldn't expect Sycamore to "move quickly on this". They don't seem too concerned with employee retention. Private equity is generally not in it for the long haul.
