Has anyone had a review yet, I still have not been spoken to from a manager and curious if they’re delayed this year?

@d9 Yep, you just bought high in your 401k and it's starting to dip already. You're losing money right out of the gate.
got my 4% raise in sales.. highest raise I've gotten in years compared to all of my 3%, 3.5%, etc. amidst inflation that is 3-4x that
bonus is payed out this week end in the US.... you can login on Thursday and look at your paycheck if you manager hasnt talked to you by then
I had mine last week. Just ai-generated canned positive affirmations that hardly correlated with my actual performance.
It's obvious that leaders are unable to actually review their reports when they have 25+ of them.
My manager is so fu-king stupid! He cut and pasted comments that were written for another colleague who was working on a completely different assignment. When I called out his mistake, he just shrugged it off because he didn't want to go back and fix it. What a fu-king d-mb as-!!

I had mine late last year, after everyone else had theirs..and then was cut in the next layoff. Watch your back
Still nothing for me, no invite either. Doug S. said in the all hands that merit statements went out 9th March.
Meetings could have been as early as last Monday. It’s up to your manager when they feel like having that conversation
statements have been out for a while, you just might have a bad manager
Several members 3myvteam have had theirs but I haven't even received a meeting invite yet.
You work at Dell. It'll be last minute, as always. And it will be totally subjective.
