April 1 is right around the corner. It's coming just after a gloom 1st quarter, a senseless new organization and the same BS games we are all involved in. What are we hearing or thinking regarding more changes or layoffs for HQ?

@yx, you must be Japanese, you are correct, YOU have a great leader, YOU will never lose your Job in the USA. American are the disposable workers. No we don’t have a great leader, he ask for loyalty but doesn’t give it. SK should have been retired to Japan 10 years ago.

April Fools Day prediction aka hope is that they roll back this most disastrous google junk and give us rights back to 365. It’s an easy switch they can flip. They like us being miserable and unproductive.
Have the many closed door meetings began? Typically and due to disorganization and chaos. It's usually just days before something happens.
@c3 They have to be pulling numbers from the remote workers who report into Melville to make the number and every head, American or Japanese count. As you know, we American workers are dispensable, but they are invaluable.
One way to annoy a manager? Anyone who is hourly and has to use that time clock should punch in a minute or two early and when the day is done, logout a minute or two after your shift ends. That will keep them busy for a change and infuriate them.
There have been a lot of promotions and reshuffling of sales management. If there is anything going on, it's a sh-t show. Wonder how much money this company has lost with time-wasted meetings, playing musical chairs?
Can HQ get more cuts to American workers, without losing the Suffolk County tax breaks? I’m honestly not sure.
I'm sure there's going to be another sales re-organization that will affect many after the last restructuring. I'm sure headquarters will also be affected as well as the regions. I bet SK is shaking his head thinking of hs next big plan.
Everybody will get a 25% raise.
